Cons
-Shameful that you most times have to compete with other agents from the same company in different offices for the same listings.
-Getting key access is terrible!! You may have to travel across town to get a key from another office and hope its there when you get there meanwhile putting you further away from the apartment you are trying to show.
-The trickery and spiel the top brokers like Ricco give are laughable when you are aware and can see right thru his BS.
-Revolving door of agents and the unprofesssionalism is very telling of the company.
-Bottom of the barrel Real Estate company with low quality listings.
-Commission splits are terrible. You max out at 40% but must have a certain amount of closed deals to maintain it.
-The worst is the company trying to convince you to get a RR tattoo to become platinum for life mind you the CEO Lolli once promised to get his own company tattoo after the 100 person. That never happened and I guess he thinks no one remembers that since the agent turnover is so frequent.
-Mounting lawsuits from Franchisees and partners. (You can google it)
