The environment feels uninspiring and disconnected. 3. No Salary Increases: Employees do not receive regular pay raises or promotions, which can be discouraging for those looking to advance their careers. 4. Poor Planning: The management often lacks proper planning, leading to situations where employees are expected to juggle more than three projects at once. This can result in long hours and burnout. 5. Ineffective Management: The management team is not only unhelpful but also appears to use fake names, which raises concerns about transparency and accountability. 6. High Pressure Environment: The pressure on employees is excessive, leading to a stressful work atmosphere that is not conducive to personal or professional growth. 7. Termination and Threatening Behavior: Employees face the constant threat of termination. If you ask questions or seek clarification, management may respond with intimidation. Additionally, there are instances where employees are expected to work beyond their notice period of three months, adding to the stress and uncertainty. Nothing except Salary Package. Hire and Fire company.

Unexpected termination due to lack of projects Hired as permanent but terminated immediately after client contracts end Joining bonus and attractive package offered initially Job security compromised when no projects are available Negative experience with HR team Strong recommendation to avoid this company. Clear guidelines require a medical certificate for absences exceeding two consecutive days. Leave restrictions specify that leaves should not be combined with Mondays and Fridays. Non-compliance with the leave policy may result in a deduction from your salary. It is important to adhere to the leave policy to avoid any financial penalties.
