      Pros

      ReTargeter is a great environment for learning--it is a quick-paced startup environment that is poised to grow exponentially as the digital advertising industry changes. Leadership is very concerned with the success of all team members, and the environment is extremely open--most meetings are open-door, and there is a company-wide weekly meeting to keep everyone up to date with company developments. The vision of the company is well-defined, and it is great to be part of such an exciting workplace.

      Cons

      Can be a bit hectic at times, definitely in the mindset of a startup environment.

      Employees are industry veterans, highly intelligent and skilled at what they do Most recent acquisition by Conversion Point resulting in revived focus on developing the product and growing the business, constraints the business has had over the past few years are no longer a limitation Great career growth opportunities, lean organization makes everyone super valuable and influential Programmatic advertising is an incredibly interesting space to work in, if you're a good problem solver day-to-day work is extremely stimulating

      Cons

      The client-facing product is lacking (this will change...) but today, educating customers on our true capabilities vs. what is exposed to them is challenging

      - Great company culture - adaptable job that lets you participate in many aspects of the business - open lines of communication - great location - fantastic product support (so important in Sales) - so much talent across the board - steadfast leadership - evolving product - personal and professional development

      Cons

      - work/life balance is tough - processes are not established - transition period all cons are normal cons of start-up life and I wouldn't say any of them are excessively worse here than anywhere else in the city.
