      The company pushed the boundaries on innovation and you get exposure to amazing technology

      Cons

      The management team is inexperienced and as a result day to day operations are w bit chaotic. Some training and experience could address this

      Amazing projects, collaborative teams, flexible working hours/location

      Cons

      Doesn't provide staff with computers to work, management treat staff terribly, large staff turn over, numerous staff members went through burn out BECAUSE of their work when I was there but management didn't care, toxic work environment, too much work for the number of people
