Their platform makes my job easier. I used to spend hours doing paperwork at my former job; however Reachlink's platform has made my job enjoyable again.

At times technical issues create glitches during appointments; however there is always a customer support person that can help with these issues.
When the new platform is working—it is extremely helpful in getting in succinct and professional notes. The staff is courteous and make counselors feel heard with willingness to assist in resolving issues.
Cons
The platform is new and has several kinks needing to be worked out. Elderly clients do not find it necessarily user friendly. More training for clients on using the dashboard would be very helpful.
Several patients shared that there were massive billing errors that reach links were did not clear up. They also reported that the support people were condescending and not helpful. I have not been paid for patients that I saw for them. Avoid this company.
