      Pros

      Stability-they want you to grow with the company. They will make sure to find positions for you so you can stay at the company. Hybrid work schedule- love getting to come into the office but also like the days I get to work from home.

      Cons

      Pay and PTO. I know a lot of other companies that get more time off than us but it's because they work at bigger companies.

      Pros

      Working at Ready Support Services has been a truly positive experience. Management is outstanding; they are organized and approachable, and genuinely invested in both the success of the company and well-being of their employees. The company provides excellent support and training allowing someone to step into a Staff Accountant position knowing what the expectations are making it easy to grow and feel confident in your role. RSS is a workplace where you feel valued and respected. A great place to work and grow!

      Cons

      There are no downsides that I have found. Since I have been in accounting for over 25 years I know there will always be certain times that are occasionally busy. However, the strong team support helps balance this out and the flexible hours that the company offers makes up for any OT you might have.
