Will fire without warning

Pros

Great company to gain experience and a fancy job title at.

Cons

This company will fire you without warning over trivial reasons. They do not have a system of written write ups that they actually use. You should still look for and accept other job offers in your first 90 days of employment while you are on "probation". Management plays favorites and they will mislead you telling you that you are doing a great job when you are not. Only about 10% employees stay longer than 1 year, and this should be a red flag.

Outrageous Workload

Pros

I’ll let you know when and if I find one.

Cons

Heavy workload, no support, disorganized, cheap, understaffed, unrealistic expectations, rude and aggressive behavior from upper level leadership, no work-life balance, extremely high turnover rate of employees, no true policies and procedures, no training or training programs, they fire without any coaching or write ups, constantly making emotional decisions and blaming property staff for all of the issues with the company.

Pros

Some great co workers who really care about their job and truly want to see everyone, not just themselves succeed

Cons

Upper management is completely disconnected from reality and should trust the maintenance team and supervisers they hire to make the correct decisions
