I have been working at Red Bull full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You get great responsibility and freedom to execute your ideas. Colleagues are FUN, work is very informal and you work really good hours (the office is empty after 5:30PM).

    Cons

Not the highest possible salary, some people leave because they have to wait very long to make a promotion/get a new job title.
