Mature, qualified, industry experienced individuals are recruited and then middle management is allowed to eliminate the positions/jobs they are recruited to perform in.

This might be one of the worst companies I had ever worked for. They have terrible communication between upper management and employees as well as between departments. Recently they have cut commissions for the sales teams which led to a mass exodus of sales employees. Soon this will be happening in their brokerage department too so beware of that if you are thinking of applying here. They try to cut costs so the upper management can get their big bonuses for the year. That’s all upper management cares about is their bonuses. Recently I heard that new employees were brought to the CEO of Coca Cola consolidated the parent company of red classic. and he showed them his extensive collection of animal heads from hunting in Africa. So if you are an animal lover just know that, very unprofessional if you ask me. New president at red classic seems ok but doesn’t know that much about transportation. If you work here again expect to make less each year by having upper management find ways to cut your pay. They say every year things are changing for the better but it never does. No chances for promotions here so don’t expect to get one. I really do not recommend this place at all it was one of the worst most unorganized companies I had ever been a part of.
