      Learned a lot in the internship. Highly recommend for anyone with a curious mind.

      Cons

      This internship is different from a typical investment banking internship. So if you are looking for something to add to your resume for IBD, it might not be your best choice.

      the company is young and dynamic. people here are super nice. the company is more like a flat management structure.

      Cons

      you are given a lot of autonomy in what you are doing, but less guidance from senior employees. in general, the company is not well organized
