      Pros

good benefits / a lot of vacation time

      Cons

Too much expected. Micromanagement. Unfair. Clueless in a lot of ways. When company started to go into decline (2013), many in upper positions saw the numbers and started leaving. However, they expected the lowly field personnel to sink with the ship.

      Pros

Flexible schedule Teams usually become tight-knit Work at your own pace Good benefits

      Cons

The corporate offices have a really hard time wrapping their heads around how work in the field works. They'll force you to do things certain ways that don't work out as well as you know they will because you know your route better than anyone. You have to buy movies yourself (with a company credit card) from studios that don't provide it to Redbox. This is a ludicrous process that's hard on everyone. Depending on location you might have to work outside in unsavory conditions. Most of your locations will be outdoors. Very hard to move up in the company.

      Pros

Free movies, good pay, good benefits, good work/life balance.

      Cons

It's a dying business. They tried twice to move into streaming and failed. Physical media only has so long. Not sure how long they'll be around. Restructuring/layoffs a few times a year. Recent layoffs will strain the already tenuous communication between marketing and the field.

      Pros

Great pay, good benefits, flexible schedule, and emphasis on personal responsibility with very little supervision.

      Cons

You have to use your own vehicle. This can get pretty expensive. Company is struggling to stay afloat since they started being traded on the stock exchange. Multiple management turnovers. Reduced hours, and mileage reimbursement. Any issues are met with the creation of a new department, and VP. Way too top heavy a company.
