Reef Systems is hands off to the point of serious incompetence at almost all levels. This incompetence mostly involves low communication with contractors and next to none with contracting bases, but at extremes, includes direction to employees to disregard formal DoD procedures. Might be good for seasoned contractors who know what's normal and what's not, but if you don't know what handling of government property is acceptable and what isn't, following Reef's instructions could leave you legally liable.

You will get fired for anything they don’t care about your performance if that is an issue and you try to reach out to HR you’ll get fired!! Dan the CEO is the worse type of person he do not care about the people at all I don’t know how you guys run business like this if you don’t care about the people how do you expect the people to care about the company?
