The managers have no respect for their employees talents or contributions. Management is payed top dollar and employees are paid as little as possible. It's common to not get a performance review/raise in a given year, when you do get one, the raise is commonly 1% - 1.5%, not even cost-of-living increase.

People are fired all the time. A lot of them for no reason at all Benefits suck. There is no room for advancement and it is like pulling teeth to get your annual review at this place. ReelzChannel doesn't like to hire from within. Management likes to hire their staff from CA because they think they have what it takes to be in Hollywood. However, they don't! A lot of people in this company get ahead by being suckups to management. If you work here, learn how to do this well! If you don't, you won't get anywhere. Management doesn't know how to manage. Managers don't give positive feedback, but sure know how to give negative feedback. There is a lot of gossip and backstabbing.
