Pros
I wish they have any pros of working in such a pathetic startup. - Poor Work-Life Balance - Salaries never get credited on time. - No new innovation expect just cut,copy and paste. - Politics at its peak. If you don't adhere to seniors then they will make sure to blacklist you and load with work. - Poor work Environment. If anyone finds these to be pros and welcomed to join this company because they are not looking to hire employees instead hire donkeys to whom they can just load you with work.

If you don't adhere to seniors then they will make sure to blacklist you and load with work. - Poor work Environment. - No structure to the organization. - Directors blindly trust there so called senior employees who don't have the sense to talk and you will never see them working expect gossiping about the company financials or links ups between the director. - They have a high attrition rate, not even one employee have stayed and worked for them for more than a year. In short, working for such a company who doesn't have any future nothing less than a torture.
