      Huge potential - RegASK has had growing pains in the last 12 months, transforming the business from a consulting based company to a true SaaS business and has been lead by an extremely competent product and development team Change in leadership - RegAsk prior to recent changes had next to no sales process. In order to thrive, changes needed to be made. Some staff found this challenging and did not have the work ethic and strategic mindset to exist in a modern working environment. Flexible working environment - RegASK is a family orientated company allowing for flexible working arrangements and is a pure meritocracy. CEO - The CEO's leadership is staff first. She is a highly competent leader and having worked under difficult leadership in previous roles, it has been a breath of fresh air. There is no micromanagement whatsoever, there is an expectation of performance and not mediocrity and laziness. Consulting - There is a great network of global consultants that are an absolute pleasure to work with. Currently in excess of 500

      Cons

      Time zone difference with a global footprint can make some internal and external meetings challenging. Growing pains - there is a considerable amount of infrastructure required to continue on the path to being a unicorn. Some necessary changes have been made, in terms of systems, process and people. If you can't work in a fast paced, high growth company then this is not the company for you.

      - Flexible Remote working culture- No set days in office - A Lot of Autonomy, as a person who enjoys the freedom to implement their own way of working, Regask enables you to do so. - Opportunity, Since joining I have seen a lot of opportunity for really quick growth, the company seems to be growing at a fast rate also. So it seems a good place to be!

      Cons

      - Distributed workforce: As in any start up with a distributed team, sometimes it can be difficult to work asynchronously, however this is something that I see processes coming in to fix.
