    Pros

Wow. What a difference at work!!!! Higher morale in IT compared to just a couple of months ago under the former CIO. The interim CIO is an excellent choice. Positivity is back!!!! It is again a great IT department and a great place to work.

    Cons

Since we have a change in IT management and the former CIO is gone I can't find anything wrong.

    Advice to Management

Please make the Interim CIO the CIO. He is the best choice.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good company, cares about employees. CEO is doing a great work and provides trust to the company. I admire the CEO, unique person and wish all CEOs in corporate America were like him. Work is interesting, could be more challenging if management trusts direct reports. Work life balance is fine and then there are those who are way too flexible in my opinion. Need more policies to treat all the same. Pay and Bonus is competitive.

    Cons

Micromanagement is an issue as I am experiencing. I have seen Sr. Director/Director working directly with Analysts disregarding the hierarchy in between and it is very difficult and demotivating for the ones in between who are disregarded and excluded. 401k is not competitive (compared to what I have had in my previous companies). You wait a year to vest. Company pays 401k with stock. Options given are not beneficial.

    Advice to Management

Train ALL levels especially directors and above not to micromanage and challenge their direct reports. They should trust their people and work with appropriate hierarchy. Train people about meetings, too many meetings. Other than these points, great company in my experience, keep up the work!
