      Think twice before joining the "London" office

      Pros

      Overall a young and dynamic team in the Amsterdam office, it has a start up culture to it. There are some really bright and clever individuals in Amsterdam office, was a pleasure working with them

      Cons

      The main person in the London office, whilst well spoken and clever, can sometimes be downright rude and arrogant - even in meetings, you have been warned. If you're a woman, better not ask yourself what banter goes on behind closed doors. To my disappointment i've learned that what was being said to me wasn't necessarily true, in effect I found out that I was being misled the whole time. The commission details were still being "discussed" and agreed upon well into the end of Q1, so make sure you get more detail other than the "target figure".

      Pros

      This is a very dynamic, creative, young and fun company. As a very successful start-up, moving to scale-up phase, there is a lot to do and a lot of opportunity to grow into the role you prefer. Building the business in London, it feels like a start-up here and I can be an entrepreneur within the company. The culture is very open and trusting with colleagues from different nationalities and backgrounds.

      Cons

      Because Relay42 is in scale up phase, processes can be unorganised and a lot of pro activity is required.

      Young, dynamic company where ideas go places

      Pros

      Great environment, lots of opportunity to collaborate across teams with technical, creative and commercial people to improve our product.. people are vibrant, very bright and full of good ideas.

      Cons

      Scaling quickly so in danger of losing the 'start-up' mentality and some good people along the way.
