Pros

Good snacks, clean office and made good friends

Cons

The owner and management is aggressive, not only in it's cold marketing, but also in the way that they treat their employees. I have has my share of good paychecks, but as the expense of humiliation my management, deals taken right out of my database and now I hear that the Owner is suing a large group ex-employees for leaving and going somewhere else to better their situation. I need the paycheck and I work hard everyday, but this controlled environment is getting out of hand I am scared to leave just for the fallout that may follow me. It is a manipulative prison.

Thank you for the feedback. Reliant has always supported an employee’s decision to leave the company for another opportunity. Similar to all employers, we ask employees to protect our proprietary and confidential information while working at the organization and thereafter. Furthermore, we absolutely market to our target demographic to drive qualified leads to our sales team. It is great to hear you have received good paychecks and feel that those leads are paying off financially. Additionally, we have processes and protocols for deal and pipeline management to ensure not only ownership between sales representatives, but that our merchants and clients are provided the service and attention they deserve. Please contact Human Resources, or anyone in management, so your issues and concerns can be addressed and resolved. We thank you for your employment and hard work.

Pros

Not many pros to share other than the POTENTIAL to make a some good money there.

Cons

This seems like a supportive and fun work environment when you first start. Then after working at the company for about a month, you get to know the management, and realize that a company is only as good as it's management is. This is a straight up boiler room sales environment, where one person basically controls who gets what leads and whose phones ring more/less. If you're one of the favorites, expect to start getting fed leads and if you're not (or you dare complain about anything regarding the management), your phone will get pretty quiet. Worst training, morale building, and sales management I have ever encountered, in over 15 years of sales experience. Also, the script they want you to use is horrendous. I guess if you can sell overpriced financing with that script, you can sell anything.
