They have stars in their eyes trying to grow the company into a superstar startup, The revenue goals were insanely high with virtually no shot at hitting them, and as a result 2022 was a very disappointing year. An offshoot of this is the co-founders meddled in the sales process and other areas of the company. There was constant turnover at critical senior positions - anyone reporting directly to them: head of engineering, head of product management, head of sales. Both of their personal admins disappeared within a month of joining the company. One of the co-founders in particular is just an unlikable person.

I never felt like I could grow in this company, I was always going after challenges and solving problems I felt would greatly impact the bottom line. I felt like I gave everything I could to this company and it just wasn't enough. I was fired in an impersonal group call where the HR employee spoke more than the VP. When I first joined the company the vibes were ok, the CEO is all like "Hoorah, Hoorah!" at every all-hands. And then he starts to slowly fade away, likely knowing his ship is sinking. Stay away from this place.
