They advertise this as being a graduate job, however their starting salary is about £6000 less than the average graduate job in the UK. Wages are shockingly poor, with the year on year increases doing nothing to match inflation. Instead of paying staff fair wages they send out sweets and face masks to all their employees. I wonder what people would prefer. The director is paid a small fortune, while the majority of staff cannot keep up with their bills, despite other RJ providers paying their practitioners about 8000 more a year- for the same exact job. The directors are completely tone deaf- sending out emails with advice on budgeting in a cost of living crisis, as well as asking people to carry on working from home and keep expenses to a minimum- with gas and electricity on the rise. There is no space for upwards progression, despite pretty much every staff team asking the directors to create more opportunities. The staff turnover is the highest of any place I have ever worked, and it is simply because of what is expected for the abysmal wages and complete lack of gratitude. The directors think they are the bees knees- with mandatory RJ week seminars which everyone has to travel to head office for (god forbid the directors travel!) during which they all just cry and fawn over how brilliant they all are.
