    Negative Outlook

I worked at Renault Nissan Automotive India

    Pros

The factory is vast and a lot of things to explore and learn

    Cons

I attended RNAIPL at Chennai as a intern. I was not given any work or anything close to work to do. Went there sit simply for the entire day and come back home . This got me super frustrated. I joined a day late for genuine reason .The HR department doesn't let you know anything if you joined a day late. The HR doesn't even know what the interns are supposed to do like they came for a project or just a inplant training. They think the intern is supposed to know every rule that there is in the book of the company. I wasn't told i was supposed to submit a report and at the end of the intern period i was asked for a report. Everything that you would do in that company would solely depend on the project mentor. I got a project mentor who didn't care to teach me anything or give me any work. I think the minutes that he would have talked to me in the entirety of the two months would just add up to an hr. He completely ignored me . I think he didn't like me from the first day and just let me down . The very first day , he said me not to join RNAIPL and the company offered no growth oppurtunities.
