    RNAIPL is a place where you'll learn a lot provided you slug it out. It's a place where the fusion of Franco-Japanese ethics are presented much to the delight of workmen.

    No Rapid Growth. Bit high on bureaucracy.

    Good Exposure to the corporate world. Very Professional. Can learn a lot of things if you are really interested. Good Mentorship.

    Since the work is streamlined and scope for new projects is very limited. Managers of some departments are very dominating.

    You get to learn a lot, get to work systematically and one gets an experience of working under lot of pressure. Truly gives opportunity to realise ones potential.

    Work life balance gets affected. Appraisal system is vague.

    Pros

    1) workers are helpful. 2) latest technologies used in manufacturing. 3) You can learn a lot by your own.

    Cons

    1) Strict timings. 2) long working hours. 3) Single common office where even DGM people sit together in same big room like a stock office(no privacy). 4) I didn't get paid for internship even when I did a project for them for 1 month. 5) industry located in outskirts of chennai.
