    Flexi time means you can claim back hours you have worked additional to your contract, within agreed time periods If you're not senior, you don't make decisions, you just do what you're told

    Good holidays, good pension, good colleagues.

    Lost a lot of skills working there. Work wasn't challenging.

    Friendly environment. Some terrific people you work with.

    Cons

    Annual leave is only 20 days. It takes more than 20 years to accrue the full amount of 30 days. Salaries are stagnant and need to be improved vastly. Cuts are a driver for too many people especially since SNP took over the council.
