Pros

Get paid on time, can’t think of anything else

Cons

How the company got three stars best company is beyond me - probably through bullying and coercion! The whole management structure from ceo down has a terrible culture, people are too scared of her to say anything and rock the boat or you get sniped at in front of others. Been at management away days where people are insulted in front of everyone. If you value your mental health, don’t come here. Turnover should tell you everything

Pros

Working from home, great set of team members in my first team.

Cons

Too many team splits, too many rule changes, you can't log in from break early or late (has to be dead on time), you get no recognition and nothing is good enough. Different TLs tell you different things, very unorganised, it seems like nobody knows what's meant to be happening. You get little to no help if you ask a question while you're on a call, you get told to check FAQs then ignored. People don't seem to last long at this place. You rarely get incentives unless you hound the TLs and management.
