Pros

- Very flexible work environment, working from home. - More than average annual days off (27 days).

Cons

• No career progression or career plan to employees. There is no performance review carried out, so how can one have a career plan/progression? Employees are afraid of saying the real issues are because they will be a target. • Low transparency in managerial decision. There is an enormous lack of communication between the executive team and staff. • HR spends a lot of time marketing their achievements but are not in touch with employee’s day to day work. They don’t know what is happening because they are not in touch with the employees, they rather send a survey from time to time and make their judgments based on it, but even with negative results/ comments, they do not act on it. Feels like some of the executive team works against the employees, leading to 0 progression for the ones that are at the low end of the company.

Pros

-Breakfast and lunch for €1/day. -Great on site chef. -Up to date computer equipment -Modern tech stack

Cons

-Wages are lower than average rates for the local job market. This has been an ongoing problem for some time. - CEO/Founder does not respect employee courtesy privacy and routinely yells at wrongdoers in front of other employees. -Very poor management and people skills from vice IT management. -Much bureaucracy and politics being put into place after LSG acquisition
