Pros
Fantastic management team who have built the best remote team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone is dedicated, loyal, and driven to keep Retrium the leader in its market. The benefits are great, work-life balance doesn't get any better than what the company offers, work is satisfying and impactful.
Cons
Remote work comes with one downside during this challenging time - we don't get to see each other. Missed getting to meet this great team in person.

Pros
Amazing people to work with. The leadership team is thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate. They're exceptionally good at working together as a remote team. Both the product development side and sales/marketing side of the business are strong.
Cons
Can't really think of any. It is 100% remote, so if that's not your thing, maybe it's not for you. But as I mentioned in "Pros", they're very good at collaborating as a remote team.
