    Fast Paced, Challenging and Rewarding

    Pros

I have learnt more in my time at Revolut than at any other company Peers - the people you work with are like minded, ambitious, output focussed individuals. Working with people who are aligned to the same culture enables delivery of high quality products (both internal and external) There is a lot of effort happening in terms of culture and wellbeing- we had a newsletter on wellbeing and wellbeing days that we could take which was a great acknowledgement of staff. Also i got a branded gift for my anniversary and birthday from the company Sometimes the hours can be long but at least the company acknowledges it and gives back to us

    Cons

Small group of senior people in charge that make decisions that impact employees with little thought - thinking is not bigger picture thinking at times when it comes to cost vs impact on employees and business success

    Fast Paced = Toxic

    Pros

Good company perks - deliveroo, free tea coffee snacks, great socials, travel opportunities. Nice individuals. Lots of paid holiday days. Great office location.

    Cons

You get lots of paid holiday days because you need it. They work you to the bone, and senior management are very very intense. I've seen people leave meetings with the CEO crying. There was a meeting room with misted glass that everyone used to go into to cry.

Expectations are discussed before joining and as long as you are prepared to work hard you will do well.

    Cons

No cons so far, it is still a start up and is growing very quickly so some issues but nothing major.
