Management do not trust you and micro manage, watch your van trackers, check up on you if you switch engine on. Unprofessional manager who talks about you behind your back to others. 16+ hour days, travelling up to 500 miles and back in one day with no care for your personal life, if you don't do it you get a disciplinary. Get used to "you will do it because I'm telling you to". 65hr+ weeks. Several staff have left with ruined mental health. No sick pay. Overworked, underpaid. Use apprentices to keep the company running. Encouraged to rip customers off, doing jobs to make them money, not because they're needed. Try to bill you for non existing marks to vehicle after you leave. Avoid this company at all costs.
