In the right department, Ricoh is a great company to work. Well invested, great facilities throughout the UK it is trying to move forwards and evolve beyond just another Print manufacturer.
Cons
In the wrong department, with the wrong management it can be toxic. Many middle managers have no EQ and drive their staff to high stress levels.

The offices are great spaces and they say all the right stuff to make you feel included

No career path for lower levels, or actually the inclination to do anything about it. No development plans in place for people who actually ask for it. Feel undervalued and really frustrated and stilted in my career.
