Pros

Not too many pros at this place. A few of the people were nice but everyone is too caught up in their own duties to offer any assistance.

Cons

LOTS. All of their internal systems are horrible and they use their parent company for all HR, but payroll and benefits are all under different systems. Onboarding was a disaster and selecting benefits was worse. I wasn't able to contribute to my 401K for the first year because HR didn't "pull the file" that I submitted early/on time. So they caused me to miss 401K contributions. Zero guidance from C-Level and zero support from anyone that I was willing to ask. Everyone was so "busy" with their daily responsibilities that they couldn't even respond for weeks. Zero coaching and no communication makes for bad company culture.

Pros

You get to work from home and the folks at the staff level are great.

Cons

Leadership does not care about their staff. They proudly say one of their core values is "we are family" However they do not live up to this standard. As many others have posted, folks are let go without any notice here. My boss never had any official performance reviews with me or put me on any PIP. I got a call on a random Monday to inform me that I would be no longer employed at RightSourcing. When asked for a reason, I was given lies that they made up. When I asked to see things in writing they could not produce the evidence. Leadership are always looking for ways to cut dollars. There was an instance where one of my direct reports to come back to work after she went on leave for disability. If you are thinking about joining this company, please look at all other options before taking a job.
