    I have been working at Rightio full-time for more than 3 years


    The best reason to work there would be getting paid as thats legally mandatory even then its a chore!


    Cons are management and their lack of support. No development opportunities. Guilt tripped into doing overtime with the promise of being able to leave a bit early another day and never coming into fruition. Being lied to constantly. They expect you to work nearly 12 hours a day because they refuse to recruit more people. There's like 5 people doing all the work of the complaints team, debt collection, logistics, sales and everything else they're too last to do themselves and the pay is just an insult after all the extra work they make you do without even a thank you or a pay increase and tell you they could sack you whenever they want. They rip off customers , and just have no moral compass. Just let me warn you now... never work here.. the devil himself would avoid it. You're better off not working.
