Nice manager and co-worker. Tough to find any more

This company doesn't pay your due salary if you resign against their wish. May be that's one of reason thay pay salary after one week.

Hi there. Sorry you had a bad experience. We generally follow a process for Employee seperation and have a defined timeline on which we pay all salary dues. Please reach out to us on our portal and someone will definitely look into the matter that you are talking about. It would be great to bring these grievances within the company and escalate using the company's structure if your needs are not met. Looking forward to such support in the future.

Only Pros is Salary that they offered to candidates coming from outside Gujarat, please dont fall in this TRAP!

This company does not have any positive elements, Calling your self a CMMI level 3 Organization or Gujarat Best Employer award will not give you a growth if you pressurize your employees on daily basis, as during my tenure of just 10 months, I have seen 8 Employees from my team leaving the project, out of 8, 4 were terminated by the Company on the spot reasons best known to Management, so questions here is does a CMMI level 3 Organization or Gujrat Best Employer company can do such things answer is NO! Only positive is, the package this comapny offers to candidate outside Gujarat which is why candidate come here to work or else its Pathetic environment to work How well you treat your employees at work, what ever the designation they are holding, I have seen a guy holding a Solution architect position in this company, in my project, insuting his reporting manager in his absence and infront of his reportees, so what improvement this company is Looking for. I think this company has to treat his employees well in regards of their employees designation and position. 1. The micro management that this company does for their employees this is one of the best negativity example for this company Other companies pay their employees while their employees are on bench and not even terminate them, they try to accumulate them in some project by hook or crook. But this so called CMMI level 3 Organisation, they humiliate their employees by doing a micro management and at last if there is no work in the Project they terminate their employees saying you are a non-performer. How can a person justifies his job if their is no work in the Project itself. 2. The company management targets their employees by giving them utter nonsense reason and they make sure they realize this to their employees as if they have committed mistakes.

Hi, We discussed in-depth in your exit interview. We understand the reason for your disturbance however we don’t know what else can be done after 5 warnings. We can’t keep repeating the same mistakes. We don’t know how your future employer will continue to give you opportunity after numerous warnings however to repeat what we have discussed, 1) focus on your work 2) learn from your colleagues 3) don’t have an ego, 4) put an effort, 5) It is okay to take an ownership and accountability in your work. Yes, there about 8 people out of 100 people left this year. But no one who follows the above will be leaving the job. Thanks for mentioning that irrespective of your mistakes the company had been trusting you and had given you increments. Yes, we were hoping that you will improve but you ensured we fail in our hopes. Wish you great success in your future endeavors.

1: Increments are not given on timely and performance basis 2: because of service industry, employees are forced to work on the technologies even though they are neither interested not its prevailing into the market 3: dominance of few people working from years 4: Quality of the food provided is below average
