This company does not have any positive elements, Calling your self a CMMI level 3 Organization or Gujarat Best Employer award will not give you a growth if you pressurize your employees on daily basis, as during my tenure of just 10 months, I have seen 8 Employees from my team leaving the project, out of 8, 4 were terminated by the Company on the spot reasons best known to Management, so questions here is does a CMMI level 3 Organization or Gujrat Best Employer company can do such things answer is NO! Only positive is, the package this comapny offers to candidate outside Gujarat which is why candidate come here to work or else its Pathetic environment to work
How well you treat your employees at work, what ever the designation they are holding, I have seen a guy holding a Solution architect position in this company, in my project, insuting his reporting manager in his absence and infront of his reportees, so what improvement this company is Looking for. I think this company has to treat his employees well in regards of their employees designation and position.
1. The micro management that this company does for their employees this is one of the best negativity example for this company
Other companies pay their employees while their employees are on bench and not even terminate them, they try to accumulate them in some project by hook or crook.
But this so called CMMI level 3 Organisation, they humiliate their employees by doing a micro management and at last if there is no work in the Project
they terminate their employees saying you are a non-performer.
How can a person justifies his job if their is no work in the Project itself.
2. The company management targets their employees by giving them utter nonsense reason and they make sure they realize this to their
employees as if they have committed mistakes.
