Free parking, nice offices in Hull.
Cons
Very few benefits to working for the company. Salaries were the bare minimum, especially compared with similar companies in the area; holiday allowance was again bare minimum. Management seemed to aim to keep staff numbers down as low as possible, but increase the workload for other members. Impossible to progress at Rix as nepotism is constantly occurring. If you don't know the owners, you won't get more than an administration role.
