I worked at Robert Half full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The training and development that Robert Half is fantastic. They have all the tools and tenured colleagues/managers ready and happy to help you to succeed. Their brand across finance and accounting is unrivalled. This has been grown through their professional, speedy and consultative approach about the market.

    Cons

As a new Recruitment Consultant coming in, you may struggle with mew business development because everyone is already on everything. But that therefore means the relationships are already build up and introductions to potential new hiring managers are easier.

I have been working at Robert Half full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The career development, progression, and remuneration at Robert Half are unrivalled, but the people are what make the business great. Everyone works well as a team and the leadership make an effort to keep it fun. They invest heavily into their people and technology, and the cultural journey that they have been on over the past two years has been stand out. Really embracing an inclusive and flexible culture. Robert Half will always be a high performance culture, but thats why they are the Forbes' 'Worlds Most Admired' recruitment business for 24 years in a row. If you are serious about your career and want the best support and tools to get there then Robert Half is the place for you.

    Cons

Like in any new career move the 1st year is tough, and this will always be the case in recruitment... but for those with the resilience and tenacity to get through the other side, the juice is worth the squeeze.
