    Pros

The people! Everyone at Robert Half is extremely friendly and professional, they really make you feel welcome and part of the team. There are regular company updates and training to give you the building blocks to help support & grow your career. Neil Owen Director of Technology at Robert Half is a great motivational leader and was very supportive during my time at RH as well as my line manager Head of Marketing Tom Sherwood.

    Cons

The hours are probably longer than some other recruitment companies but you've got to put the time in to get results I guess, especially in the beginning when you're establishing yourself. If you're looking for a work life balance however perhaps recruitment isn't for you.

    Advice to Management

It would have been nice to have more flexible working hours as I felt you really need to be in the right frame of mind for this job. It would be nice if you're not 'in the zone' to be able to leave, the same as I'm sure if you are 'on a roll' you would be more motivated and inclined to stay later if you had this flexibility.

I worked at Robert Half Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very ethical and professional organisation, senior managers are always approachable for advice or to solve problems. The internal training for trainee is exceptional and it could be slight better for employees at a senior level. The model of the business is focus on cross-sell and getting your own brand out to the market and internally, I have not worked for a business previously that focuses so much on cross-sell. You can guarantee support from any of the managers and staff thought out the business.

    Cons

The business hours are quite long and sometimes can hold to many meetings.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Robert Half Technology full-time

    Pros

Some great people to work with.
Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the core principles - so they said.

    Cons

Unprofessional - don't do what they promised, ask unreasonable requests to clients
    Some consultants are clueless .
Their profile look great in LinkedIn but don't be deceived those virtually created images

    Advice to Management

Performance should look at not only "sales" but their behaviour

I have been working at Robert Half Technology full-time

    Pros

Very good culture, team works closely together and are very respectful of one another. For a sales environment it is not as competitive.

    Cons

Not forgiving to those who don't work hard... especially when you just get started.

I worked at Robert Half Technology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Brand recognition, network, base salary, benefits, administrative support (fantastic!), training, best practices, tools, computers, probably one of the best firms to start out your career in recruitment

    Cons

It's a big machine, they're probably one of the "worst" when it comes to metrics, low pay out

    Advice to Management

I worked at Robert Half Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great fast paced enviroment with individuals out to have a good time and make some money.

    Cons

Lots of lying. I was told I was going to be an account executive. However the second I signed my employee agreement I was told I was hired as an AE so it looked like they were filling that role and that one day I could be an Account executive. Came to find out this is a common practice.

    Advice to Management

Sales are great, making money is awesome but your integrity you can never get back.

I worked at Robert Half Technology full-time

    Pros

Room for growth, a lot of money to be made, down to earth management, great training process, fun staff, rewards for doing well, great recognition and positivity in the work place. Do not take the job unless you understand the comp plan and how the bonus structure works fully.

    Cons

EXTREMELY HARD TO GET ACCOUNTS !!! Its almost impossible to find accounts that have not been over marketed. You will have to start from scratch with accounts and act as a bottom feeder of either the accounts no one else could crack or the ones no one wants (too small).

    Advice to Management

    Management was doing everything right...

    - High potential for earning/bonuses based on performance
