    Pros

    The people! Everyone at Robert Half is extremely friendly and professional, they really make you feel welcome and part of the team. There are regular company updates and training to give you the building blocks to help support & grow your career. Neil Owen Director of Technology at Robert Half is a great motivational leader and was very supportive during my time at RH as well as my line manager Head of Marketing Tom Sherwood.

    Cons

    The hours are probably longer than some other recruitment companies but you've got to put the time in to get results I guess, especially in the beginning when you're establishing yourself. If you're looking for a work life balance however perhaps recruitment isn't for you.

    Advice to Management

    It would have been nice to have more flexible working hours as I felt you really need to be in the right frame of mind for this job. It would be nice if you're not 'in the zone' to be able to leave, the same as I'm sure if you are 'on a roll' you would be more motivated and inclined to stay later if you had this flexibility.

    Pros

    Very ethical and professional organisation, senior managers are always approachable for advice or to solve problems. The internal training for trainee is exceptional and it could be slight better for employees at a senior level. The model of the business is focus on cross-sell and getting your own brand out to the market and internally, I have not worked for a business previously that focuses so much on cross-sell. You can guarantee support from any of the managers and staff thought out the business.

    Cons

    The business hours are quite long and sometimes can hold to many meetings.

    Keep up the good work!

    Some great people to work with.
     Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the core principles - so they said.

    Cons

    Unprofessional - don't do what they promised, ask unreasonable requests to clients
    Some consultants are clueless .
    Their profile look great in LinkedIn but don't be deceived those virtually created images

    Advice to Management

    Performance should look at not only "sales" but their behaviour

    Love the fact that you can relocate and stay with the company
    Company does a great job of investing in resources and technologies for the employee
    Generous first year time off and continues to grow from there
    Can absolutely make 6 figures within the first couple of years
    Very stable company!

    Cons

    It's still a sales office, so sometimes one or two highly competitive people in the office need to be checked, but that is everywhere.

    Can be a rough start if you don't have the support of your manager--we've improved our onboarding process and training in place, but I had to learn on my own several years ago. I know this has changed since then, so I don't feel like it's fair to share this as most new hires have a different experience than I did.
