I worked at Robert Morris University - Pennsylvania full-time

    Pros

The best co-workers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone cared about each other deeply and it truly felt like being a part of a family. The professional development opportunities were in abundance and I grew so much from my time here.

    Cons

Upper leadership wasn't great about knowing what the departments they were overseeing were doing. There was a lot of turmoil and turnover while I was there due to budget cuts.

  6. "RMU: Quite possibly the most idiotic Unjversity in the country. Not a clue as to how to run a school."

I worked at Robert Morris University - Pennsylvania full-time

    Pros

Only pro is that there aren’t even more cons.

    Cons

The president of the university only cares about money, even though the school is running out of it anyway. Academics are getting worse by the semester and students have been complaining about not getting what they’re paying for for over a decade now with no changes to the school ever happening. Hopefully Pitt just buys RMU because they are probably not going to last very much monger.
