Leads blatantly promote their friends and online gaming buddy over amazing talent or tip the scales in their buddies favor by filtering career boosting work in their direction. many people struggle to gain visibility with the directors and this is NOT on accident or on coincidence.

• Extremely supportive work environment for new employees (even when working from home). • Night-shift has access to refreshments and a meal at no extra cost to the employees. • Plenty of extra benefit schemes that greatly improve quality of life in the event of a cost of living crisis. • A healthy amount of breaks to ensure the well-being of employees. • You get to work with some of the most impressive individuals in the industry, not to mention the outstanding technology behind the projects.

(These cons are completely subjective, I myself do not have an issue with these things) • Repetitiveness. • Surrounding area can be challenging to find housing.
