      - Enjoyable environment on day to day - Yearly Trip & Team Buildings - Good Health Benefits

      Cons

      - Lack of support and training from managers - Favoritism for people management likes i.e. higher wages, having to do little to no work, never show up to work etc. - Very Low Pay for expected standard of work (If you're not favored) - Very little transparency on company happenings
