I worked at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for more than a year

    Pros

Amazing work opportunities and as an intern you have a real impact and hand in what goes on at Rolls-Royce

    Cons

Interns are sometimes give jobs that maybe way above intern level, which as an intern is great but when it comes to some crucial decisions.

    Advice to Management

More recognition is required for interns as they do a good portion of the work and get very little praise from the senior management and don't get any of the companies performance related bonuses that they have a significant hand in.

I worked at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for less than a year

    Pros

    - the brand - production and central functions all in one building - the team - growing product portfolio means new challenges head - international work environment - open space building and natural environment

    Cons

    - far from any big city life, especially downpoint when you are young - for some only regarded as entry to BMW

    Advice to Management

    - continue to produce the best car in the world

I worked at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for more than a year

    Pros

Great heritage, brilliant product. One in a lifetime chance of being driven in one. Great multi-cultural environment. Very relaxed work life. Very scenic although quite rural location.

    Cons

Dominant bureaucracy, changes are not accepted lightly, the design and engineering is outsourced to BMW, Germany. More is discussed rather than acted upon. Progression from graduate to middle-management position takes about 7-10 years and requires fluency in German. Very little support provided.
