I have been working at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great products to work on. Good perks such as additional annual leave days for long service, company car scheme.

I worked at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for more than a year

    Pros

    - Really inspirational and iconic brand that you should be proud to work for - Great HQ in Chichester - have your morning coffee whilst watching the cars being hand built on the production line below - Excellent progression opportunities (incl global) either within RRMC or the wider BMW Group - Very good company car scheme (for manager level +)

    Cons

    - HR Management can be very poor (in some cases) - Lack of training available/offered (for those outside of manufacturing roles) - Can be very political & hierarchical environment - Management can be poor - Very traditional working culture (very corporate, flexi hours not widely offered)
