      A great team but poor management

      Pros

      A very dedicated technical team with good team leaders. Some very good products that should be world leading. Knowledgeable support staff.

      Cons

      Products not keeping up with competition in terms of functionality. Very poor senior management - lack of focus, direction and communication within the company. Promised far more than I was given.

      Autonomy as management couldn't provide strategy or direction if they bothered to try. Some good clients and decent learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Incompetent management who provide very little in terms of motivation, vision, direction. Complete lack of understanding of value of staff they manage.
