Don't even know where to start! Overall joke of a company, area manager is a bully , return policy is from the dark ages , head office useful as a chocolate tea pot, absolutely no health and safety, wages always short, just a number to the company at the end of the day !

Wouldn’t even give 1 star! No support from company just a number, lone trading, area manager bullies staff and customers had regular customer’s walk out because of her. She makes you feel uncomfortable and talks down to you every time she comes into store, she goes out for more cigarettes than helps you out when she comes.

Great staff in shop, get to meet lovely customers

Progression takes a long time and even then some AM give people Jobs before job offer is posted to staff, no appreciation from hire up management, 50% off for staff uniform is too low if expected to only wear brand new items- People have bills to pay... Favouritism between different stores means people can get away with murder, AM abusing her power bringing some staff to brink of a mental breakdown and they're scared to stand up for themselves incase they loose their jobs. Don't get paid for having to stay extra 5-10mins a day opening up and cashing up.
