RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Ropes & Gray full-time for less than a year
Pros
Smart and approachable people, equal appreciation across all roles, non-stuffy environment, not micromanaged but trusted to get your work done which makes for a much more productive workforce and the home/work balance is very good with opportunities to work from home at most all levels.
Cons
The coffee machines only give regular or decaff. I'd like a cappuccino or macchiato every now and then.
