Pros
Depends on team and project. But the pros of the project I was in named Server items and team capital is just flawless to have your technical skills boosted up. Lot of work around, non repetitive work which ensures you learn new things and sharpen your tech skills Seniors are very helping and has got very high functional and technical skills
Cons
Salaries are less paid. Management will only concerned about the work but not your growth
