    Camaraderie Hard Working Always Driving for Improvement Management show empathy Great Location

    Cons

    as with anywhere in the NHS. it gets busy. not for the work shy. Morale can be low at times but honestly that is more a fault of the government than of the trust itself.

    I encounter some people that you don't know each other and you need to adjust yourself for them,and don't forget to smile on your face always.Working is not easy, be patient everytime, polite, hardworking and respectful.
