At RubiconMD your voice is truly heard and empowered. Leadership that is engaged, and actually listens. Each person is fully encouraged to own and take charge of their role, which has led to very high performance teams. There's a real focus on diversity and culture here which has led to an amazing group of people. Everyone is warm, supportive, wildly intelligent, and collaborative. Clinicians absolutely love the product and regularly provide positive feedback about the incredible impact that RubiconMD is having on healthcare. It's exciting to be a part of this.
