Pros

- Excellent technical exposure — got hands-on with modern QA automation frameworks (WebDriverIO, PactumJS) and CI/CD practices. - Opportunity to build things from scratch and take complete ownership of test frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers. - Fast-paced environment that pushed me to sharpen problem-solving skills and adapt quickly under pressure. - Learned to work with high attention to detail since mistakes were not tolerated — this helped build rigor and discipline in testing. - Direct exposure to senior leadership decisions gave insight into how priorities shift in a scaling startup.

Cons

- Work culture was often stressful — mistakes were not tolerated. - Seniors put disproportionate pressure on juniors, creating an environment where learning felt secondary to meeting unrealistic expectations. - Lack of true team culture — collaboration took a backseat to top-down directives, which affected morale and growth. - Frequent restructuring and org downsizing (from ~150 to ~50 employees) created uncertainty and impacted stability.

Pros

Guaranteed monthly, quarterly and annual Bonuses Positive and pressure less work environment No politics & No micro management Remote first company Great work life balance No restriction on leav policy Annual offsite outings etc... Etc... Many many more to list down.... Awesome place to work !!

Cons

Small sized QA Team. So, more responsibility on your shoulders for the product quality. Actually, it's also a good thing also since there's more scope for growth. No cons I could think off.
