The worst

Pros

Nothing. Maybe breakfast on fridays, when the manager shows up before noon and buys enough for the whole staff.

Cons

This job is the worst. The managers are rude and incompetent. Constantly talk down to employees and belittle them. I could not wait to escape this prison. Even made one employee cry multiple times with rude comments. Don’t let you talk to each other or get out of your desk. This place is absolute hell. . Everything is out of stock and on backorder which means EVERY call is an angry customer. No direction from management or care that customer service even has to deal with such issues. The most unhealthy environment I have ever worked in.

Toxic. No direction.

Pros

We get a deal on sunglasses. (not as good as athletes though.) Ability to dip hands in high level projects.

Cons

Absolutely terrible experience. Toxic. No direction. Zero employee accountability. No room for growth. Managers aren't properly trained. President constantly crosses line in Denver office and lacks all forms of professionalism.

Beware talent of all ages

Pros

The Rudy Project products are timeless, well designed and very high quality. Having the flexibility to work in a smaller office. Location proximity to City Park

Cons

If you're looking for somewhere to stay long time and develop as a professional this would not be the place for you. Be prepared for long, overworked hours and poor company leadership. This company thrives on young talent. Be prepared to be treated poorly, no HR support to reprimand colleagues for wrong doing and an overall negative environment. Lastly, the Denver office is a complete eye sore. It's destroyed, disgusting, has terrible structural issues, a partially working A/C and a heater that works when it wants to. It's so embarrassing when athletes walk in to check out gear... you can tell they weren't expecting anything this bad. Because C Level bonus structure is based on operational savings, the low rent in an extremely poor, uninviting, run-down office justifies their ability to go on trips with their families in exotic places.
