Great people, great product, huge potential. I worked at Rusada as a Project Manager for 3.5 years, and can honestly say it has been the most enjoyable job I’ve ever had. Constant challenges mean it is never boring.

Traveling regularly is required and do it might not be for everyone

My area specifically was negative and hostile. Manager was completely clueless and no technical knowledge. No structure what so ever. No training, just left there with no support. Some very nasty and argumentative people

Senior management have an over inflated opinion of their industry and cultural knowledge, individuals will LIE to cover up their inadequacies. Their is virtually no customer care or management ethos within the senior management team.

Poor middle management. Do not care about Staff growth. Do not have two way communication system. Community specific growth, some people will recommend this company as they belong to that community and having growth.

Listen to their staff for positive change and continuously improve company culture and customer sat! Industry leading product based on newly redesigned next generation product. Large and growing customer base built on new generation product. Growing geographically and willing to invest in new employees with stellar domain and technology expertise.

Cons

Rapid growth due to product demand causes temporary internal confusion- but is well managed by execs via company wide training and all hands meetings. Impressive!
