I worked at Ryanair full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-u matter only if you are good at selling products on board -great for young people with no experience in cabin crew field

    Cons

-they are obsessed reaching sales target (impossible, stressing, continous brain washing from base supervisors) -you’re only a number, forget being heard -no possibility to choose your base like easyjet -0,001% to get a transfer where u want (italy,Spain,Portugal hard to get) -no travel benefit -you barely survive with junior salary in big cities

    Pros

3 years contract renewable ,5 on 2 off - 5 on 3 off roster ,Huge airline with bases throughout all Europe ,easy job really and lot of fun with collegues on board.

    Cons

too much pressure for Sales, staff travel system should improve , direct contract with ryanair should be given at end of 3 years service instead of carrying on with agency or at least basic salary for all crew.

I have been working at Ryanair full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good salary, enough free time, and you know loads of people. Dynamic and young job. Big possibilities to promote from Junior to CSS.

    Cons

Depending on your base, you can work a lot or not work enough hours. And on your base depends also how much time do you need to promote to CSS. The bigger the base, the less time you need.
